Frequently Asked Questions
When does my first drop ship? Each month's drop ships on the 1st. Your first box will go out on the 1st of the month following your enrollment — so it's always curated, always complete, always on time.
How long does delivery take? Once your drop ships, expect it to arrive within 5–7 business days.
When do I need to join to receive that month's drop? You need to be subscribed by the 25th of the prior month. To receive the March drop, join by February 25th.
What if I join after the 25th? You'll receive the following month's drop. Each theme stands beautifully on its own, so wherever you begin is exactly where you're meant to start.
Can I cancel anytime? Yes — always. Cancel before the 25th of the month to avoid being charged for the next drop. Your founding member rate is locked for as long as you stay subscribed.
Do you ship internationally? We are currently shipping within the US. International shipping is something we are actively exploring — stay on the list and you'll be the first to know.
Is every month different? Completely. New theme, new artwork, new practice cards, new surprise paper good, new stickers, and a new personal letter from Michelle every single month. Nothing repeats.
