Yoga That Meets You Exactly Where You Are
Private and small group yoga sessions rooted in the Kripalu tradition — moving beyond posture into the deeper dimensions of breath, awareness, and the living relationship between body and mind.
This Is Not a Class. It Is a Practice Built for You.
Rooted in the Kripalu tradition, these sessions move well beyond alignment cues and physical posture. We work with the breath as a tool for awareness. We use movement to access the inner life. We practice being present in the body — not performing in it.
This is yoga as it was always intended. A practice of becoming conscious.
With: Rooted in the Kripalu tradition, these sessions move well beyond alignment cues and physical posture. Yoga was never designed to be a fitness practice. It was designed as a technology of inner awareness — a structured method for training the practitioner to observe the thoughts, feelings, and identity patterns that are quietly constructing her outer experience. The mat becomes a laboratory. The breath becomes the tool. The body becomes the most honest feedback mechanism available for what is running beneath the surface.
This is yoga as it was always intended. Not a performance. A practice of conscious creation — from the inside out.
Ways to Practice Together
Private Sessions
One-on-one sessions designed entirely around you. Whether you are brand new to yoga, returning after time away, navigating injury or transition, or deepening an established practice — each session begins where you are and moves with intention from there.
Sessions include breathwork, movement, and a brief philosophical or contemplative thread drawn from the wisdom traditions. You will leave grounded, clear, and with something to carry into the days ahead.
60 or 90 minutes | In-person or virtual | Single sessions and packages available
Small Group Sessions
Private sessions for two to six women — ideal for close friends, family gatherings, corporate groups, bachelorette weekends, or any group of women who want to practice together with focused, personal guidance.
Small group sessions carry the intimacy of private practice while creating space for shared experience. There is something that happens when women breathe and move together with intention. These sessions make room for that.
60 or 90 minutes | In-person | Groups of 2 to 6 | Custom packages available
Retreat & Event Add-Ons
Already planning a trip to 30A or attending one of our immersions? Private yoga sessions can be added to any retreat experience, bachelorette weekend, or group getaway as a standalone addition.
These sessions are designed to complement the larger experience — grounding the group, opening the body, and setting an intentional tone for whatever the day holds.

For the Bride to Be Who Wants to Go Deep
Bachelorette Experiences on 30A
30A has no shortage of bachelorette experiences. What it has very little of is this — a space where the bride and her people actually slow down, breathe together, and mark this threshold the way it deserves to be marked.
These experiences are designed for the woman who wants her bachelorette weekend to mean something. Not instead of the fun — alongside it. She will still have the dinners, the beach days, the laughter. But she will also have a morning, an afternoon, or a full weekend that she carries with her long after the weekend is over.
Three curated experiences. One intention. The Arrival. The Gathering. The Becoming.
Rooted in the Kripalu Tradition
Kripalu yoga is not a style defined by its shapes. It is a practice defined by its orientation — toward compassionate self-inquiry, inner listening, and the understanding that the body is not a problem to be solved but a teacher to be heard.
The ancient yoga philosophers understood something that modern neuroscience is now confirming — that the quality of a person's inner life is the direct cause of the quality of her outer experience. What she thinks, what she feels, what she habitually holds in the body — these are not reactions to her circumstances. They are the operating system generating them.
Which means the mat is not separate from the life. It is a mirror of it. Every moment of resistance in a challenging posture is the same pattern that creates resistance in a challenging conversation. Every time she breathes through the urge to escape, she is practicing the most important skill available to a deliberate creator — the ability to stay present, observe without reacting, and choose consciously rather than responding from the old pattern.
As a certified Kripalu teacher and faculty presenter at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health with over twenty years of practice, I bring this understanding into every session. Not yoga as exercise. Yoga as the practice of becoming the observer of your own inner world — which is the foundation of everything else.
You do not need experience. You need willingness.
Private Yoga is For You If…
You are new to yoga and want to learn in a space where you can ask questions, go slowly, and build a foundation that actually supports you
You have an established practice and want to go deeper — into breath, philosophy, and the inner dimensions that group classes rarely reach
You are moving through a significant life transition and want a practice that meets the emotional and spiritual weight of that season
You are recovering from injury or working with physical limitations and need a practice adapted entirely to your body
You want a consistent personal container for inner work between retreats, workshops, or immersions
You are ready to use the practice not just as movement but as a technology of awareness — learning to observe the thoughts and feelings that are generating your experience and consciously choosing differently from the mat outward
What to Expect in a Session
Every session is different because every woman is different. But most sessions move through a similar arc:
We begin with a brief conversation — where you are, what you are carrying, what you want from the practice today. This is not small talk. It shapes everything that follows.
From there we move into breathwork — learning to use the breath as an anchor for awareness and a tool for settling the nervous system.
The movement portion is guided entirely by what your body needs. Some sessions are strong and dynamic. Others are slow, restorative, and quiet. Often both in the same hour.
We close with integration — a few minutes of stillness, reflection, or a brief teaching to carry with you.
You will not be performing. You will be practicing. There is a difference, and you will feel it.
Investment
Private yoga sessions are available as single sessions or in packages of four and eight. Packages are recommended for women who want to establish a consistent practice and experience the cumulative shift that comes with regular work.
Group session pricing is based on group size and session length. Retreat and event add-on pricing is available upon inquiry.
Your Practice Is Ready
When You Are
Private yoga is the most intimate entry point into the work of conscious creation. It asks nothing of you except willingness — to show up, to breathe, to notice what is running beneath the surface, and to practice choosing differently.
The woman who learns to observe her inner world clearly on the mat takes that skill into every area of her life. That is where the identity shift becomes permanent — not in a single workshop but in the daily practice of presence, awareness, and conscious choice.
If you are ready to build that practice — reach out. We will find the right fit from there.
