LOCATION & TIME DETAILS:
Where: Beautiful beach location in the 30A area
Time: Sunrise! Exact time will be provided based on sunrise schedule for that date (typically between 6:30-7:30am depending on season)
When it's shared: Exact beach location and time will be emailed to registered participants 2 weeks before each session.
Weather Policy: Sessions are weather-permitting. If weather is unsafe (thunderstorms, high winds, etc.), you'll be notified by 6:00am the morning of and your registration will automatically transfer to the next available date or you can request a refund.
Parking: Free beach access parking. Details included in your location email.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
I'm a beginner. Can I still come?
Absolutely! This practice is designed for all levels. I offer modifications and you're encouraged to move at your own pace. There's no "right" way to do this—just your way.
What if I can't do certain poses or movements?
Listen to your body always. I'll offer variations, and you're welcome to rest, stretch, or modify anything that doesn't serve you. This isn't about performance.
Is this a workout or a meditation?
Both. We move for 30 minutes (gentle, intuitive, embodied) and then transition to 30 minutes of seated meditation and breathwork. It's movement + stillness.
What if I'm visiting 30A that weekend?
Perfect! Many women join us while visiting. Just register in advance and you'll receive location details 2 weeks before.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes! Each person must register individually. Space is limited to 16 women to keep the experience intimate.
What if it rains?
If weather is unsafe, sessions are canceled and you'll be notified by 6:00am. Your registration automatically transfers to another date or you can request a refund.
What if the beach is crowded?
We start early—usually before most beachgoers arrive. We also choose quieter beach access points when possible.
Do I need to be flexible?
Nope! This isn't about touching your toes. It's about being present in your body, whatever that looks like for you today.
Can I just do the meditation part and skip movement?
The practice is designed as one integrated experience, but if you need to rest during movement and join for meditation, that's okay. Honor your body.
How many women typically attend?
It varies, but sessions are capped at 16 women to maintain intimacy and ensure everyone feels held.
What if I'm running late?
Doors (or beach!) open 10 minutes before start time. We begin promptly so we can hold the container. If you're running late, text me (number provided in confirmation email) and join us quietly when you arrive.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
48+ hours before session: Full refund or transfer to another date
24-47 hours before session: 50% refund or transfer to another date
Less than 24 hours before session: No refund, but you can transfer to another date
Weather cancellations: Full refund or automatic transfer to next session
