We begin together March 1st. By March 31st, you will have transformed.

Here's the truth.
You already know yoga works. You already know meditation changes things. You already know that when you journal, something in you opens up.
You already have the knowledge.
What's been missing is the container. A dedicated space, a committed group, and 30 days of showing up together — that's what makes the difference.
That's what this cohort is for.
For 30 days in March, we show up together. We practice together. We hold each other accountable. And by the end of the month, you won't just have had a meaningful experience — you will have built something. A real, embodied, sustainable daily practice. One that belongs to you long after March ends.
What You’ll Walk Away With
By March 31st, every person in this cohort will have:
A consistent yoga practice — gentle, somatic, accessible — that you've shown up for 4 times this month and know how to continue
A daily meditation practice — simple enough to maintain, deep enough to matter
A journaling ritual — personalized to your own inner inquiry, not a generic prompt list
Real accountability — from a community of people who showed up alongside you every single day
Proof of your own commitment — 30 days of evidence that you can do this
How the Cohort Works
This is not a course you watch. This is not content you consume. This is a live, guided 30-day experience where you practice, reflect, and grow — in real time, with real people.
Every week, the cohort includes:
One live yoga class together — gentle movement, led live, recorded for replay. You show up. You practice. You check in.
One live meditation session — guided, themed to the week, designed to be replicated on your own the other six days.
One journaling practice drop — a set of prompts and a framework for your daily writing practice that week. These aren't just questions. They're a method.
One surprise Kripalu faculty guest — a beloved teacher from our community joins us each week to bring their wisdom to the theme. These are not webinars. They are intimate, live conversations.
Every day, between live sessions:
The private community is where the real work happens. You check in. You share a line from your journal. You post your mat selfie. You ask the question you'd never ask in public. You witness someone else's breakthrough and feel your own shift in response.
This is accountability — not the kind that makes you feel guilty when you miss a day, but the kind that makes you want to show up.
The 30-Day Arc
The cohort moves through four weekly themes that build on one another. This is intentional. You are not just practicing — you are transforming.
WEEK 1 — I Show Up The practice of arrival This week is about one thing: beginning. We establish the rhythm. We build the container. We practice showing up for ourselves — on the mat, in silence, on the page — and we learn what gets in our way.
Yoga focus: Grounding & embodiment Meditation focus: Body-scan & breath awareness Journal focus: What is here? What am I avoiding? ✦ Surprise Guest: Somatic Awareness & Self-Trust
WEEK 2 — I Soften The practice of self-compassion The inner critic is loud in week two — it always is. This week we work directly with self-judgment, perfectionism, and the stories we tell about why we can't sustain a practice. We replace them with something truer.
Yoga focus: Heart-opening & release Meditation focus: Loving-kindness directed inward Journal focus: What am I believing about myself that isn't true? ✦ Surprise Guest: Emotional Healing & Inner Child Work
WEEK 3 — I Listen The practice of self-inquiry Halfway through. The practice is becoming a practice. This week we go deeper — into the body's wisdom, the journal as a portal, the silence that speaks. This is where things start to shift.
Yoga focus: Yin & restorative — deep listening Meditation focus: Writing as a meditative act Journal focus: What is my body trying to tell me? ✦ Surprise Guest: Expressive Writing & the Healing Arts
WEEK 4 — I Belong to Myself The practice of integration The final week is a celebration disguised as a practice. You have shown up for 21 days. The final 7 are about cementing what you've built, making it yours, and stepping into April knowing that this is who you are now — someone with a practice.
Yoga focus: Celebratory flow — joy & radiance Meditation focus: Gratitude & integration Journal focus: Who have I become? What am I keeping? ✦ Surprise Guest: Ayurveda, Ritual & Sustainable Self-Care ✦ Closing Ceremony: We end together. We honor the work. We celebrate each other.
One of the most powerful things you'll leave with is a simple, repeatable daily structure you can maintain for the rest of your life. Here's what we'll help you build and practice every day of the cohort:
Morning (10–20 min) Open your journal. Work with the week's prompts. Write until something true arrives.
Midday or Evening (20–45 min) Your yoga or meditation session — live on the days we're together, replay or independent practice on the others.
Night (5 min) One closing journal line: What did I notice today?
That's it. Simple by design. Sustainable by design.
Your Daily Practice Framework
The Community is the Accountability
Your private cohort community is not a Facebook group full of noise. It is a small, intentional space for the 30 days we are in this together.
Inside, you will find:
Daily check-in threads — show up, say you're here, mean it
Weekly reflection prompts to share with the group
All session replays, organized by week
Direct access to ask questions and get real responses
The quiet, powerful experience of being witnessed by others doing the same hard, beautiful work
The community closes April 1st. All recordings remain accessible to you for 90 days.
Why a Cohort. Why Now. Why March.
Most programs give you content and hope you do something with it. A cohort gives you something different: a group of people who will notice if you disappear.
That changes everything.
And March is not a random choice. In Ayurveda, March is the height of Kapha season — the time when we are most prone to heaviness, stagnation, and the feeling that we'll start next month. We are using that seasonal energy deliberately, moving through it together, and coming out the other side lighter, clearer, and grounded in a practice that is genuinely ours.
There is no better time. There is no better container. There is just this.
