I curate luxury mini retreats here in 30A, Florida—one of the most beautiful beach destinations in the country. I provide the container: the location, the meals, the daily practices, the ceremonies, and all the logistics.
You bring your expertise and teach what you do best.
We co-market to both our audiences. We split the revenue. And together, we create an experience that transforms lives.
How it Works:
You Teach. I Hold the Container.
What I Provide:
Luxury 30A Location - Private beach house, villa, or estate with space for 10-16 attendees
All Meals - Chef-prepared or catered (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks)
Daily Yoga & Meditation - Morning grounding practices to support the work
Opening & Closing Ceremonies - Sacred bookends to the weekend
Logistics & Registration - Payment processing, communications, coordination
Co-Marketing - Email campaigns, social media, promotional materials
Gift Bags & Materials - Welcome gifts and integration guides for attendees
Facilitator Support - I hold space so you can focus on teaching
What You Provide:
Your Expertise - Approximately 6 hours of teaching over the weekend
Marketing to Your Audience - Email your list, post on social, spread the word
Content & Materials - Your unique methodology, workbooks, or handouts
Collaboration - Work with me to design the weekend flow and theme
The Weekend Structure
A typical mini retreat runs Friday evening through Sunday afternoon and looks like this:

8:00pm - Evening Session (led by you) - 90 minutes
9:30pm - Optional connection time

8:00am - Morning Yoga (led by me)
9:15am - Breakfast
10:30am - Morning Teaching Session (led by you) - 2 hours
12:30pm - Lunch
1:30pm - Free Time (beach, pool, rest, integration)
4:00pm - Afternoon Teaching Session (led by you) - 2 hours
6:00pm - Dinner
7:30pm - Evening Meditation or Breathwork (led by me)
8:30pm - Optional bonfire or connection circle
Sunday
8:00am - Morning Yoga (led by me)
9:15am - Breakfast
10:30am - Final Teaching Session (led by you) - 90 minutes
12:00pm - Closing Ceremony & Integration (led by me)
1:00pm - Lunch & Departure
Your total teaching time: ~6 hours
My facilitation: Daily practices, ceremonies, space-holding, logistics
Attendee experience: Transformation + luxury + integration
Revenue Models
I’m flexible and can structure this in the way that works best for both of us.
Option 1: Revenue Split
Ticket price: $888-$1,500 per person (depending on your following and expertise)
You receive: 40-50% of total revenue
I receive: 50-60% (covers location, food, facilitation, logistics)
Example: 12 attendees at $999 = $11,988 total revenue
Your share (40%): $4,795
My share (60%): $7,193
Option 2: Guaranteed Fee
You receive a flat fee: $2,500-$5,000 (based on your draw and expertise)
I handle ticket sales and keep the rest after covering expenses
Less risk for you, guaranteed income regardless of attendance
Option 3: Premium Model
For high-profile presenters with established audiences
Ticket price: $1,500-$2,500 per person
50/50 revenue split or custom structure
We'll discuss what feels most aligned during our planning call.

Step 3: Plan the Retreat
We'll co-create the weekend theme, schedule, and marketing plan. I'll handle securing the location and logistics.
Step 4: Launch & Co-Market
We'll open registration 8-12 weeks before the retreat date and promote to both our audiences.
Step 5: Show Up & Teach
You arrive, teach your content, and experience the magic of what we've created together.

Hi, I'm Michelle.
I'm an Integrative Wellness Practitioner based in 30A, Florida. I specialize in Akashic Records, somatic practices, energy work, yoga, and manifestation—and I've spent years creating transformational experiences for women ready to embody their next-level identity.
I know what it takes to hold sacred space. I know how to design experiences that land. And I know the 30A area inside and out—the best locations, the best vendors, and what makes a retreat truly unforgettable.
But here's the thing: I don't want to be the only voice in the room.
There are so many brilliant teachers, healers, and coaches doing incredible work—and I want to create a platform where your gifts can reach more people in a setting that feels luxurious, intentional, and deeply transformational.
This program is my way of supporting your work while doing what I do best: holding space, facilitating experiences, and creating containers where magic happens.

No! If you have expertise and an audience (even a small one), we can make this work. I'll guide you through the retreat structure and support you every step of the way.

That's okay. We're co-marketing, which means we're both bringing people. Even if you have 500 followers and I have 1,000, that's 1,500 people seeing the retreat. Quality matters more than quantity.

We'll set a minimum enrollment number (usually 8-10 people). If we don't hit that number, we can either postpone or cancel and try again. I'll work with you to make sure we're both protected.

If you can guarantee filling all the spots yourself, we can adjust the revenue split accordingly. But co-marketing is usually more effective and takes pressure off both of us.

That's up to you! Some presenters prefer to stay on-site to be fully immersed. Others prefer to stay nearby and arrive each day. We'll discuss what works best for you.

If you're ready to handle all the logistics yourself, I can help you plan and facilitate your own retreat for a flat consulting fee instead of co-hosting. Just let me know in your application!

Ideally 3-6 months. This gives us time to secure a location, create marketing materials, and promote effectively. But I'm flexible if you have a specific date in mind.

Item Absolutely! If the first retreat goes well, we can make it an annual (or quarterly) event. Many presenters find their "retreat people" and want to gather them again and again.
