What You’ll Experience

The Identity Shift is a 3-hour immersive experience designed for anyone who is ready to meet themselves exactly where they are — in the teaching, in the body, and in the truth of what arises when things get hard.

This is not a lecture with yoga added on. It is a fully integrated experience — teaching, a 60-minute power yoga class woven with breathwork, and a closing integration circle — each element building on the last toward a single, unified shift in how you understand and work with your own mind.

The teaching is this: your thoughts shape your experience. What you practice noticing here, you will begin to notice everywhere.

What You Will Learn

Every tradition on earth that has ever produced genuine transformation understood one thing: the outer world is a precise reflection of the inner world. Not as metaphor. As mechanism.

The Hermetic tradition called it the Law of Correspondence — as within, so without. The Vedic tradition called it the law of samskaras — the impressions running beneath conscious thought that shape every experience. Neville Goddard called it the law of assumption — what you accept as true about yourself is what your world is compelled to reflect. Quantum mechanics calls it the observer effect — consciousness participates in the construction of reality.

They are all describing the same thing. And this experience is designed to make that real — not as an idea you understand, but as something you feel, practice, and leave carrying in your body.

In this experience you will understand — across all three hours — how this mechanism is operating in your life right now, and how to begin working with it consciously.

Part One: The Teaching We open with a grounding breathwork practice before moving into the foundational teaching — the science of identity, the ancient parallel across wisdom traditions, and the precise mechanism by which your inner world constructs your outer experience. This is the framework that makes everything that follows land differently. You will understand not just what to do, but why it works — at the level of neuroscience, consciousness science, and tradition that has understood this for thousands of years.

Part Two: The Power Yoga Class The 60-minute power yoga class is where the teaching moves from concept into lived experience. The sequence will challenge you. And that is precisely the point — because the thoughts that arise when your body is working hard are the same thoughts that run your life when life is working hard. Throughout the practice, intentional cueing will guide you to notice what the mind does in difficulty — whether it contracts, compares, escapes, or judges — and then to make a different choice. To select another thought. To let one go. To return to the breath and begin again. This is the identity work, in motion.

Part Three: Integration Circle We close together. Each person names what shifted, what they are taking home, and what they are leaving behind. This is not performance — it is the practice of claiming the shift out loud, which is itself part of how it becomes real.

What This Experience Looks Like

The three hours move through a carefully structured arc — from teaching to embodiment to integration. You will not be sitting and listening for three hours. You will be moving through the material from the inside.

We open with breathwork — intentional pranayama to arrive fully, quiet the noise, and establish the quality of awareness that will carry you through everything that follows. This is not a warm-up. It is the first practice of the day — learning to use the breath as an anchor before the teaching begins.

From there, the teaching unfolds. The first session establishes the framework — how identity and consciousness operate as the architecture of every experience in your life, and why the ancient wisdom traditions and modern neuroscience are pointing at exactly the same thing. You will leave this session with a clear picture of your own operating system and the precise mechanism that has been running beneath every pattern you have wanted to change.

Then we move. The 60-minute power yoga class is where the teaching stops being information and becomes experience. The sequence is real, the effort is real, and the thoughts that arise in the hardest moments are real — which is exactly the point. Woven throughout the practice, intentional cueing will guide you to notice what the mind does under pressure, choose a different response, and discover firsthand that this is a skill you already have and can strengthen.

We close in community. A brief integration circle where each person names what shifted, what they are taking home, and what they are leaving behind. This is the moment the work moves from experience into ownership.

You will leave with a framework, a practice, and a shift that does not evaporate when you walk out the door.

About Your Facilitator

Michelle is a consciousness teacher, Wellness Facilitator at Miraval Berkshires Resort & Spa, and faculty presenter at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. She holds a degree in Metaphysics, is a certified Law of Attraction coach, trained QHHT facilitator, and certified Kripalu yoga instructor, Power Yoga Instructor with over twenty years of practice.

She has spent over two decades — and more than a thousand books — at the intersection of ancient wisdom traditions, quantum physics, and the neuroscience of identity. Her work draws from Vedic philosophy, Hermetic teaching, Christian mysticism, the consciousness work of Neville Goddard, and the modern science of deliberate creation to teach one unified truth from every possible direction:
