Galentine's Body Love Bootcamp: Fitness Meets Self-Love 💘

Celebrate Your Body. Shift Your Identity. Love Yourself First.

Let's be honest - most of us have tried to love our bodies through punishment.

We push harder, restrict more, and tell ourselves we'll feel good about ourselves when we finally look "right."

But what if there was a reason some women actually love their bodies... and others stay stuck in the struggle?

Join us for a Galentine's celebration designed to flip the script. This isn't about earning love through fitness—it's about moving FROM love and becoming the woman who celebrates her body exactly as it is.

Plus: high-energy workout, vision boards, amazing women, and the kind of evening that changes everything.

What We’ll Do Together

A pink background with watercolor hearts and two Polaroid-style photos of women. The first woman is in workout clothes, holding a dumbbell and yoga mat, outdoors by a pool. The second woman is sitting casually indoors, smiling with long black hair. The text reads "Galentine's Day! Bring your bestie or come solo—you'll leave feeling strong, supported, and celebrated."

A 2-Hour Transformative Experience You'll Remember

High-Energy Pilates Sculpt Class: Kick things off with a 60-minute workout led by Aly Gray from 30A Fit. This isn't about punishment—it's about celebrating what your body CAN do. Strength, confidence, and pure empowerment. All fitness levels welcome.

The Secret to Loving Your Body: I'll share what most people miss when trying to change their relationship with their body - and why some women transform their body image permanently while others stay stuck in self-criticism. (Hint: It's not about your weight.)

Identity + Manifestation Workshop: Guided work on becoming the woman who actually loves her body. Shift your identity around fitness, strength, and self-worth. Learn how to create from love, not shame.

Create Your "Strong Woman" Vision Board: Design your 2026 body vision and "strong woman" identity using vision board materials (all provided). Leave with a visual reminder of who you're becoming.
